This recall involves Jimco Outdoor Folding Bistro Chairs in graywash and teak finishes. The Bistro Chairs are wooden foldable chairs. The chairs were sold individually at TJ Maxx and Marshalls, and as part of a set with two chairs and a table at HomeGoods and Sierra Trading Post.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and contact the firm for instructions on how to return the chairs for a full refund of the purchase price.

Incidents/Injuries:

Description:

This recall involves Links Series chargers with model numbers 28080, 28090 or 28100. The chargers are used with golf carts. The recalled chargers are black or aluminum and measure approximately 11 inches long by 8 ¾ inches wide by 9 ½ inches tall. “Lester Electrical” and “Links Series” are printed on the front of the recalled chargers along with a picture of a golfer. The recalled chargers were manufactured between week 29 of 2014 and week 48 of 2016. The date code is embedded in the serial number as the first four digits with the first and second digits representing the week and the third and fourth digits representing the year. The serial and model numbers are printed on the ratings label on the back of the charger.

The recall involves model year 2018 Polaris Ranger 500, Ranger 570, Ranger EV and Ranger EV LI-ION recreational off-highway vehicles. The Ranger 500 vehicles were sold in red and green. They have “POLARIS” stamped on the front grille, “500” decals on the front fenders, and “Ranger” decals on the rear fenders. The Ranger 570 vehicles were sold in two- and four-seat models in green, blue, and camo. This recall involves one-quart (32 fluid ounce) containers of Rust-Oleum black satin countertop coating with product number 263209 and batch code P7612D.  The product number and batch code are printed on the bottom of the can. The can is silver and the label on the can is green and white. The label on the can reads “countertop coating,” “black satin,” “renew laminate surfaces,” and “moisture & scratch resistant.”

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled countertop coating and contact Rust-Oleum. Consumers who have not used the countertop coating will receive a full refund plus $25 to return the product to Rust-Oleum. Consumers who have applied the recalled countertop coating will receive a repair kit or replacement of the affected surfaces.

This recall involves StairMaster branded 8G Gauntlet Stepmill machines with model numbers 9-5250 & 9-5270. The recalled machines were sold in red, black and red/yellow. The recalled machines consist of a revolving staircase and a backlit LCD console. The model number is printed on the base of the unit. The date code is in the YYWW format (1816 means year 2018, week 16).  The date code is the section of the serial number at digits 8 – 11 (see photo). The date code range for SKU 9-5250 is from 1734 to 1823.  The date code range for SKU 9-5270 is from 1813 to 1816. Stairmaster is printed on both sides of the unit and on the shrouds.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled exercise machines and contact Core Health & Fitness for a free repair. The firm is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Incidents/Injuries:
